Plot:

PLOT

Cloakwork Industries was given a very specific task by the government. They were asked to develop anything that could cloak an army and make them silent. Except something went wrong. They developed a chemical, more like a strain of drug that became airborne after a fire at the warehouse it was being developed at. It seemed to only be affecting a certain group of people. Teresa King has made a mistake and now she has to deal with the concequences. The concequences being nearly 50+ missing children between the ages 5-19, two of which are her own children. They are either from town, or turn up and are never seen again. People are asking questions, others are pointing fingers. If she doesn’t find these kids, cure them, and send them back to their families soon, the whole company could be exposed. The government won’t stand for it and have made her hire a group of people to hunt them down. These hunters are issed with an ugly pair of goggles that allows them to see the invisible children. Known as exclusively The Hunters. The fire happened a little over two years ago but only after a year did it really start to affect more and more teens and is still affecting teens today.

The Invisibles and The Unseens’ have no idea why they’re being hunted and no idea how exactly they became that way, they just know that they are, that they have to keep running and not to get caught. Luckily, nearly all of them were found and taken to an abandoned mansion known as The Safe-House or a ‘haunted’ nightclub basement called ”Chateaux Morgana”. If they weren’t found, they found it themselves. The Hunters have no idea where the house or the shelter is which is exactly why they live there.

The Unseen and the Invisibles are like rival groups. Due to the peace treaty between Mark Highfield [leader of The Invisibles] and Leader of the Unseen Cathy Snow, they are civil with each other. Some are even be friends with each other. They have to stay one step ahead of ‘The Hunters’ while they try to survive in this life and deal with all the classic young-persons drama at the same time. With this rivalry and the threat of the Hunters ever-baring down on them, friendships will form, enemies will be made, but in the end survival is key.

The Hunters are out for blood. They’ve already killed two people, one of those being a visible boy, and there’s no sign of stopping. The Invisible and Unseen won’t stand for it and are ready to fight back. The question is, are you?

Although, it isn’t just solving crimes that are proving to be a challenge for Sherlock and John… Raising a teenager can be hard too.

This Parentlock RP focuses on the children of all the characters from BBC’s Sherlock and the relationships they have with each other, all trying to live up to the names of their parents while dealing with the usual adolescent troubles.

Handsome, charming, cocky, spoilt, arogant. These are the words that describe Nicholas perfectly. Of course, there is more to him than that, but that’s all that people ever get to see. 21-year- old Nicholas is the son of one of the wealthiest oil-barons in the world, and it was always expected that he would be the one to one day follow his father’s footsteps. His father was teaching him everything he knew, in the little time he had between meetings, and everything was going as planned. Then his power kicked in. He managed to hide it from everyone for a few weeks, by never telling anyone about it. He wouldn’t even admit it to himself that he had an ability one wasn’t supposed to have, so he never practiced either. Unfortunately for him, that meant that he had no control over it. So when he and his father were having dinner at a classy restaurant, his power decided to kick in. His father was so repulsed by what happened, he disowned his son and basically banished him on the spot. His power? Substance mimicry. The ability to transform into any substance touched.

Unlike her sister, Sophia is more excited about being a mustant. She understands where her sister is coming from, seeing as Emilia’s power is rather unfortunate, but doesn’t wish to be normal again like the little Bryant girl. For the first time in her life, she feels like she has found a place where she fits in, where she belongs, and she doesn’t plan on giving any of it up. Sophia’s power would be telescopic vision, the ability to magnify and extend one’s vision to various levels. It’s a rather useful power to her, and she mostly uses it to help Hank. Afterall, who needs a microscope when your eyes already do all the work? The sixteen-year-old blonde tends to spend most of her time helping Hank in the lab, reading a book in the library, or trying to help her sister come to terms with their abilities and to help her control her power.

Armed with the power of sedation, which allows her to cause a victim to fall into a hypnotized or sedated state, 14-year-old Emilia tries to keep some distance between herself and others because she has barely any control over her powers. It’s all fine when there is some space between her and someone else, but as soon as she touches someone or gets very upset, people around her just… become sedated. She’s slowly, gaining control over her power but most of all she just wants it gone so she can be a normal girl again. All she ever wanted was to become a ballerina and to once perform The Swan Lake, but she stopped pursuing this dream because according to her she can’t anymore because of her mutation. Emilia is a fun-loving girl, whose a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to dance and cleaning her room and those kind of things. Her biggest passion will always be ballet. With her in mind, Xavier decided to turn one of the empty rooms in the mansion into a dance-studio, to encourage her to keep following her dreams and to keep working on controlling her power.

There, so I have gone throught the masterlist and through all the character ads. I am very happy to say that we are now up-to-date! Well, more or less at least. The re-opened characters are the following:

I have taken off the reservation off of Theresa ‘Tessa’ Harris, after about a month, it’s safe to say that person has lost her chance. So applications for her will be accepted with open arms.

I have also changed the face-claim for Nathan Hearn, who’s previous face was Mario Maurer, a person who I didn’t know. He will now be portrayed by Freddie Highmore, who I know all us admins love.

I shall now work on the FC requests, and on the confessions after that.

I will be starting re-opening characters then, and editing the masterlist and the character posts as I go. I’ll also be doing the confessions then, so if you’ve got any, send them in!

Also, for some reason I am unable to post any replies to the messages in the askbox. I’ll try to fix that later.

Of course. We’re totally okay with that. However please run it through us first before changing the FC, as there are some FC’s we try to avoidand some were just too attached to.

Rogue’s are mutants who haven’t joined an alliance - in other words, aren’t a part of the X-Men or Brotherhood. They can however decide to join an alliance at a later moment.

That’s right, this twenty-two-year-old still hasn’t developed a mutation, due to being a Zeta Class. She hasn’t let that stop her from trying, though, and crossed the country to find someone who might help. Even though Frankey feels a piece of her is missing she still strives to help others with a less-then-perfect grip on their powers, no matter who it is. For as long as he can remember, Jim was always able to spot a lie instantly. Little did he know that this was actually a mutation caused by a certain X-gene. After being called a freak by everyone at his school, and at home even if his family wouldn’t admit it, Jim ran away from home at the age of fourteen. It didn’t take him all that long to realize that his ability could come in very useful to get further in life, and that’s exactly what he did. Now, at the age of twenty-three, Jim has become a very wealthy man. Jim is very much aware of both the existance as well as the feud between the X-Men and the Brotherhood, and has decided to support Charles Xavier’s cause, without actually joing the X-Men. He’s always around to help the students in whatever way he can however, and to be the X-Men’s very own personal lie detector if needed.
